1. About VocaTR

VocaTR is an English vocabulary learning app designed to help you study words, review missed words, track progress, and build a daily study habit.

The app may include features such as vocabulary practice, review sessions, word lists, progress tracking, reminders, pronunciation options, speaking practice, and feedback or correction suggestions.

2. Educational Use

VocaTR is provided as a study tool.

We try to keep vocabulary content, meanings, examples, hints, and learning features accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, error-free, or suitable for every learning goal.

VocaTR does not guarantee a specific exam result, language level, score, or learning outcome.

3. Your Use of the App

You agree to use VocaTR in a lawful and respectful way.

You must not:

• Abuse, attack, disrupt, or overload the app or related services
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or misuse the app
• Use the app to violate laws or third-party rights
• Submit harmful, abusive, misleading, or illegal content through feedback or support channels
• Interfere with the normal operation of the app

4. App Content

The app may include vocabulary data, translations, meanings, examples, hints, pronunciation-related information, visual design, text, and other learning materials.

Unless otherwise stated, the app and its content are owned by VocaTR or used with permission.

You may use the app for your personal learning. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or republish app content without permission.

5. Progress, Preferences, and Local Data

VocaTR may store study progress, word states, daily study statistics, settings, reminder preferences, theme choices, language choices, and similar app data.

Some of this data may be stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, reset your device, or clear app data, some progress or preferences may be lost.

6. Speaking Practice and Permissions

VocaTR may offer optional speaking practice.

If you use speaking practice, the app may ask for microphone and speech recognition permissions. Speaking practice is used to check your spoken answer during vocabulary study.

You can choose not to use speaking practice and use manual answer mode instead.

7. Reminders and Notifications

VocaTR may send study reminders if you enable notifications.

You can turn reminders on or off in the app or manage notification permissions in iOS Settings.

We do not guarantee that notifications will always arrive at the exact selected time, because delivery may depend on device settings, system behavior, permissions, and other factors outside our control.

8. Feedback, Bug Reports, and Corrections

You may submit feedback, bug reports, feature requests, or correction suggestions.

By submitting feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve VocaTR without owing compensation or credit.

Please do not submit content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or that you do not have the right to share.

9. Purchases and Premium Features

VocaTR may offer premium features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases.

If premium features are offered, purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed by Apple according to App Store rules and your Apple ID settings.

Premium features, prices, limits, and availability may change over time.

If a purchase or subscription is available, the exact price and terms shown by Apple at the time of purchase apply.

10. Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, remove, limit, or change parts of VocaTR at any time.

We may also suspend or discontinue the app or some features if needed for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or business reasons.

We are not responsible for any loss caused by app downtime, feature changes, data loss, or service interruptions.

11. Disclaimer

VocaTR is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not make warranties that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, fully accurate, or available on every device or operating system version.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of VocaTR after changes means you accept the updated terms.
