Need help with Stoiya? Here are answers to the most common questions.

Daily wisdom

Stoiya shows one daily reading. It stays the same for the rest of your current local day, so you can come back to it without losing it. A new reading appears at the start of the next local day.

If your daily reading changes unexpectedly, check that your device date, time, and time zone are set correctly.

Favorites

You can save a reading to Favorites from the reading itself, and remove it the same way. Favorites are stored on your device, so they are not synced between devices and are removed if you delete the app.

Reminders

Stoiya can remind you to read. If reminders are not arriving:

Make sure reminders are enabled inside Stoiya
Check that notification permission is allowed for Stoiya in iOS Settings
If reminders arrive late, review your Focus modes and Notification Summary settings in iOS
Restart the app after changing notification settings

Themes and philosopher artwork

You can choose a theme in Stoiya's settings. If you prefer a plainer reading view, philosopher artwork can be turned off there as well.

Premium

Stoiya Premium unlocks full access to the premium wisdom library.

If you already purchased Premium, use Restore Purchases in the app
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to purchase
Billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple in your Apple Account settings

Sharing

You can share a reading through the iOS share sheet. If you choose to save a generated wisdom image to your photo library, iOS may ask for Photos permission first.
