Tracking habits

• Log progress from the habit itself — enter the amount in the habit’s unit.
• Edit a habit to change its daily, weekly, or monthly goal at any time.
• A habit can use daily, weekly, and monthly goals together, or just one of them.
• Fixing a wrong entry updates the related progress, streaks, and reports.

Reminders

If a reminder did not arrive:

• Check that notifications are enabled for the habit inside Habitale.
• Check that iOS notification permission is enabled for Habitale in Settings.
• Review the reminder days and times you selected.
• Focus modes and notification summaries can delay or group reminders.

iOS may not deliver every reminder at the exact selected minute.

Progress and reports

Charts, averages, streaks, and records are calculated from the habit entries you logged. If a number looks wrong, check the entries for that period first — adding, editing, or deleting an entry changes what the app shows.

Weekly, monthly, and yearly reports appear for completed periods that contain logged activity. A period that is still in progress, or one with no entries, will not have a report.

Milo

Milo matches your message against your active habits and returns suggested updates for you to confirm. Mentioning the habit and the amount — for example, the number of glasses or pages — helps it find the right match.

If Milo does not find a habit, check that the habit exists and is active. If a request fails, try again and confirm you have a working internet connection.

Premium

Habitale Premium includes:

• AI Assistant
• Unlimited Habits
• Data Backup

If a purchase is not recognized:

• Use Restore purchases in the app.
• Confirm you are signed in with the same Apple Account used for the purchase.
• Billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple.

Sync and account

Habitale works without an account. Signing in with Apple lets you back up your habit data and restore it on another device.

If a device looks out of date, make sure it is signed in with the same Apple Account, run a manual sync, and check your connection.

Import and export

You can export your habit data to an Excel file and import habit data from a compatible Habitale export.

If an import fails, confirm the file came from a Habitale export and that its columns have not been renamed or removed.
